We are looking for all types of landlords. From single property owners to investors, we will manage your portfolio as one of our own assets. We endeavour to take the worry out of letting your property and use all the necessary checks including Right to Rent checks and references to find you a suitable tenant who will make your property a home. We use our own reliable and quick response maintenance team so avoiding paying excessive middle man costs, which in turn, reduces your maintenance output. We are members of the RLA, The Redress Scheme and use a recognised deposit holding scheme (TDS). We are fully compliant with Data Protection.

Advertising– local press, Facebook, webpage, visual lettings boards, local property networking groups.

Services-property appraisal and advertising, compliance to meet appropriate standards, tenant find service with required checks and references, tenancy agreements, inventory and meter readings, rent collection, property inspection, maintenance and repairs services, out of hours viewings, end of tenancy cleaning, insurance advice.Fully managed or let only.

Landlords’ Fees

  • Fully managed service 7% inc VAT (£100 administration fee payable upon tenancy agreement)
  • Compliancy certification charges will apply if appropriate certificates are not up to date.
  • Tenant find only service available. NO LET, NO FEE.
  • Property maintenance quotes available on request from our DH-Properties maintenance team.
